Your unit must arrive fully customized, clean and free of adhesive or product buildup. For a new or uncustomized wig, select the Lace Closure Customization add-on and drop off the unit at least five days before your appointment.
Previously worn units requiring cleansing, lace-residue removal or additional preparation should be booked under Wig Refresh with the appropriate installation add-on.

A sleek, sculpted extension ponytail designed for a polished and flawless finish. Choose a high, mid or low placement for an elevated everyday look or special occasion.
One to two human hair bundles may be required depending on your desired length and fullness. Extension hair is not included. For braided accents or other customized detailing, select the Specialty/Detailed Styling add-on.
Please arrive with your natural hair freshly washed, fully detangled and blow-dried. Clients requiring additional smoothing or straightening must select the Blow-Dry & Press add-on when booking.
