EC$40 Booking Deposit
A non-refundable EC$40 deposit is required to secure all regular salon appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your service.
Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Unpaid appointments may be automatically released.
Custom wig construction requires a 20% deposit based on the quoted service cost. Custom colour services require a consultation and a 50% deposit once the service has been approved and quoted.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
With the required notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment date, subject to availability.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again.

15-Minute Grace Period
A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be adjusted, shortened or cancelled.
If the appointment can no longer be accommodated, the deposit will be forfeited.
Clients who do not arrive and have not contacted The Hair District will be considered a no-show. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking eligibility.

Appointment Preparation
Unless otherwise stated in the service description, please arrive with your hair freshly washed, thoroughly detangled and fully blow-dried.
Hair should be free from heavy oils, grease and excessive product buildup. Previous installs should be completely removed unless a takedown service has been added to your appointment.

Lace & Hair Drop-Off
New closures, frontals and lace wigs must be dropped off at least three days before your appointment to allow time for inspection, customization and preparation.
Hair for custom wig construction must be dropped off at least 10 days before the agreed completion date unless another arrangement has been confirmed.
Hair and lace should be new or freshly cleaned and free from glue, thread and excessive product buildup. Additional preparation or repair may incur an added fee.

Consultations & Custom Services
A general consultation is recommended if you are unsure which service to book, require an assessment or would like to discuss a custom request.
The EC$30 consultation fee will be credited toward the service booked following your consultation.
Custom colour services are available by consultation only and are accepted based on availability, the condition of the hair and whether the requested result can be safely accommodated.

Private Studio Guidelines
The Hair District provides a private, one-on-one, adults-only salon experience. Additional guests, children and pets are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time rather than significantly earlier, as another client may still be receiving service.
Complete address and arrival instructions will be provided with your confirmed appointment.

Payments & Sensitivities
Your deposit will be deducted from the final service cost. The remaining balance is due on the appointment date or upon collection of your custom unit.
